Fantastic shower
Our installer, Jay, was so punctual. He even called 30 minutes before arrival. I greatly appreciated that instead of just having to sit and wait, not knowing. He was very polite and mannerly and left our home clean. We were given care and cleaning instructions. The shower is fantastic, and I highly recommend Bath Fitter.

Installed in less than a day
Bath Fitter installed a new acrylic tub and a lined wall system in less than a day. My tub was between 30-40 years old, and the finish was completely shot. I couldn't be happier and wish I had done it years ago.

From the consult to the installation, everything went great! Phone calls to remind me of my appointments and emails confirming times were beneficial. Very happy with my new tub and walls. The installer deserves a raise! A charming young man took great care of my home and cleaned up afterward. He hauled an entire tub out of my house by himself and carried it the whole way! He took great care to explain my new handles and shower heads and left the faucet box for me, just in case something went wrong. It's like I'm in a new house every time I shower. Worth every single penny!

Second time customers
We had an installer named Luke come out to renew our bathtub. He was so pleasant, efficient and communicative. We are so happy with him and his great job but upset with ourselves for waiting so long. Lifetime Warranty means LIFETIME!! It was 17 years since we had our bathroom done by Bath Fitter, and some things needed replacing, and we feel like we have a brand new bathroom.
